Investment project studies

   Investment project study differs from business plan in terms of scope, content and especially in terms of the size of investment it analyzes. The investment project study is prepared for investment projects of higher value, implying methodologically more complex analysis and containing investment and technical documentation. There are several methodologies widely used for investment project study conducting.  Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia applies the methodology of World Bank and UNIDO, according to which the investment project study in particular contains the following parts:

  • Project description and purpose of investment
  • Investor’s developing abilities analysis
  • Market analysis
  • Technical&technological analysis
  • Location analysis
  • Environment protection measures
  • Economic and financial analysis
  • Financial and market evaluation (static and dynamic evaluation of economic efficiency)
  • Sensitivity analysis
